2.2 By placing an order, you confirm that all provided information, including DXF files and material specifications, is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied files or specifications.

2.3 Orders are accepted upon our confirmation, which may be via email or other written communication. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 All prices quoted on our Website or in communications are in British Pounds (GBP) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT will be charged at the applicable rate in accordance with UK law.

3.2 Payment is required in full before production begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other methods specified at the time of order.

3.3 We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes in material costs, labour, or other factors beyond our control. You will be notified of any price changes before order confirmation.

4. Delivery

4.1 Delivery times provided are estimates only and not guaranteed. We will use reasonable efforts to meet agreed delivery schedules.

4.2 Delivery costs will be specified at the time of order. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the goods.

4.3 You must inspect goods upon receipt and notify us of any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours. Failure to do so may affect your eligibility for returns or refunds.
